Introduce the world to the One for One business model.

I was tasked with establishing TOMS as more than just a shoe brand and making it into a household name known for its innovative business model. It was my responsibility to position TOMS as a frontrunner in for profit businesses giving back in EMEA.

  • Grew the UK office to a team of 15.

  • Recruited and managed PR agencies in four territories.

  • Established and executed global partnerships with the likes of The Row, Movember, Tabitha Simmons.

  • Launched a new product category eyewear.

  • Responsible for ensuring regional managers across EMEA were equipped to activate and communicate the brand in the most relevant way in their country.
